J’Nee DeLancey is a self-proclaimed hedonist.  She is always looking for the next great wine and meal.  J’Nee is a career wine professional having spent the last twenty plus years in the wine trade.  She has worked in nearly every aspect of the business, except for making the stuff.  As a wine industry insider she has access to the latest releases from Washington State.  When she is not immersed in wine she is cooking with friends or on the yoga mat.

 

Michael Carr came to his senses in New Orleans.  As befitting someone from the south, he enjoys bourbon and believes it is the perfect preamble to any meal.  Michael worked with the film and television industry in New Orleans and then undertook marketing for Whole Foods Market.  He relocated to the Pacific Northwest after Hurricane Katrina.  Among other things Michael has taught cooking classes and launched a series of well attended wine and food tastings.
